12 BlnDSG Tätigkeitsbericht - Activity report - Data Protection Laws for Berlin

¹Die oder der Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit erstellt einen Jahresbericht über ihre oder seine Tätigkeit, der eine Liste der Arten der gemeldeten Verstöße und der Arten der getroffenen Maßnahmen, einschließlich der verhängten Sanktionen und der Maßnahmen nach Artikel 58 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679, enthalten kann. ²Die oder der Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit übermittelt den Bericht dem Abgeordnetenhaus und dem Senat und macht ihn der Öffentlichkeit, der Europäischen Kommission und dem Europäischen Datenschutzausschuss zugänglich.
Der Senat legt dem Abgeordnetenhaus zu dem Tätigkeitsbericht innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach dessen Vorlage eine Stellungnahme vor, soweit der Tätigkeitsbericht seinen Zuständigkeitsbeziehungsweise Verantwortungsbereich betrifft.

¹The Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information shall draw up an annual report on his or her activities, which may include a list of the types of infringements reported and the types of measures taken, including sanctions imposed and measures taken pursuant to Article 58(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. ²The Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information shall forward the report to the House of Representatives and the Senate and make it available to the public, the European Commission and the European Data Protection Board.
The Senate shall submit a statement on the activity report to the House of Representatives within six months of its submission, insofar as the activity report concerns its area of competence or responsibility.
